Rice Hollow is a small, quiet West Ashley development of about 78 homes. Nestled between larger communities Marsh Cove and Ashley Hall Plantation, Rice Hollow enjoys convenient access to schools, shopping, dining and a multitude of recreational activities. Historic downtown Charleston and the Charleston International Airport are but a ten minute drive with the beaches only 30 minutes away.
We Take Pride in Our Neighborhood
A homeowner association (HOA) is an important componet of a well-maintained, caring, organized and sustainable community. We are a non-profit unincorporated association managed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners who work hard to preserve the value of all our properties. The Board is responsible for the management of the association's funds, enforcement of deed restrictions and the maintenance of the common area in our neighborhood.

We failed to reach a quorum at our annual meeting in December. We are meeting Monday, February 24 at 6:30 PM at the St. Andrews Library to try again. Please attend or provide a proxy. See the Meeting Packet and Agenda here.
